Bathtime for Lola!

Today we gave Lola her first bath at home! I'm pretty sure we gave Marshall a bath daily after he was born...but Lola hasn't been so lucky. She will be 2 weeks old tomorrow and she's finally clean!! I assumed she would cry, but she seemed to be relaxed by the warm water...even when Sadie was helping!

Introducing Lola Grace Simmons!!

It's about time I update the blog with some pictures of our new addition!!! Lola Grace was born on February 21 at 9:21 PM. She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long. The kids are adjusting well and now that I'm finally feeling normal after a rough recovery, life is slowly getting back on track! Here are some of our favorite pictures from the hospital..

When we got home, the girls couldn't wait to hold Lola! Marshall had one turn and that was enough for him! Sadie was fascinated by her and didn't want to put her down!
