Wallace Falls Hike

On Monday the weather was gorgeous...so we decided it was time to get some much needed fresh air and get the kids outdoors!! We took them on a hike @ Wallace Falls. Sadie had never been hiking before, so this was her idea of what she needed....the purse was a necessity!

The kids wanted to stop and look at every waterfall on the way...

Lola slept the whole way up!

Here is a rare moment when Sadie was actually walking...Matt got an upper body workout as well from carrying her a majority of the time!

We made it to the Lower Falls, had a snack, and decided to head back down. Sadie was done at that point and the other girls had to go potty! Maybe we'll make it all the way to the top next time!

All Fool's Day Parade

Last Saturday Ella walked in the annual All Fool's Day parade in Woodinville. We never know what the weather will be like this time of year, but this was probably the wettest, coldest, windiest parade we've ever been in! Here are Ella and Abby getting ready.....

While the girls were waiting for their turn, Matt and I took Ava, Sadie, and Lola to Starbucks to thaw out and have some cocoa. It was a zoo in there....but better than standing outside!

We finally ventured out to watch a little of the parade before Ella came..

She did a great job and managed to keep a smile on her face! Hopefully next year we'll have better weather!
